 POURQUOI ADHÉRER A NOTRE ASSOCIATION ?

BUT DE L’ASSOCIATION LOI 1901 :

Cette association a pour objet de réunir des femmes de sensibilité humaniste, sociale et européenne autour d’un projet de réflexion philosophique et sociale ayant pour but de promouvoir par l’organisation de manifestation de rencontres publiques et de publications diverses, le rôle de la femme en tant qu’acteur et partenaire à part entière dans la vie publique familiale et professionnelle. Elle est issue d’un groupe de réflexion de femmes voulant faire vivre leurs idées et leurs valeurs depuis 1992. Leurs actions : 2010 :  participation au collectif contre les violences faites aux femmes de grandes manifestations seront prévues pour cette GRANDE CAUSE NATIONALE … nous devons faire oui, il faut changer les comportements de chacun…???

Chaque Année avec MAITRE PIERRE CORNETTE DE SAINT CYR, le CRI DES SIRÈNES, sur le BATEAU CONCORDE ATLANTIQUE à PARIS, l’environnement : la qualité de l’eau , nos rivières, nos mers, nos océans  FAIRE PRENDRE conscience à chacun que puisse VIVRE NOTRE PLANETE TERRE ….sans pollution …. artistes contemporains sont à l’honneur et grands intervenants sont accueillis Prendre conscience que l’EAU est de l’OR, nous l’appelons  » l’OR BLEUE »

****QUELQUES DATES HISTORIQUES IMPORTANTES

1944 : droit des femmes : les femmes sont électrices et éligibles dans les mêmes conditions que les hommes. 1947: Mme Germaine POINSO- CHAPUIS est la première femme nommée ministre.

1965 : réforme des régimes matrimoniaux; 1967 :Loi M.NEUWIRTH qui autorise la contraception.

1970 : autorité parentale conjointe 1972 : égalité des droits des enfants légitimes et naturels.

1974 : I.V.G. Loi Mme Simone VEIL. Création du secrétariat d’État à la condition féminine Mme Françoise GIROUD

1980 : loi d’orientation sur l’ éducation 1981 : création d’un Ministère des droits de la femme

1982 : remboursement de l’IVG par la Sécurité sociale 1983 : loi sur l’égalité professionnelle entre hommes et femmes (dite LOI ROUDY) 1984 : égalité des époux dans la gestion des biens de la famille congé parental ouvert à chacun des salariés sans distinction de sexe

1986 : égalité des époux dans la gestion des biens de la famille et des enfants. 1990 : loi du 10 juillet qui permet aux associations luttant contre les violences familiales de se porter partie civile.

1992 : loi sur le harcèlement sexuel au travail et aggravations des peines pour les époux ou concubins coupables de violences familiales.(Loi Neiertz) 1993 : loi du 27 janvier dépénalisant l’auto-avortement et créant le délit d’entrave à l’IVG. 1995 : création d’un observatoire de la parité hommes/femmes 1998 : circulaire de la féminisation des noms de métiers

2000 : loi du 6 juin sur l’égal accès des femmes et des hommes aux mandats électoraux et aux fonctions électives.

2001 – loi relative à l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes – loi relative à l’IVG et à la contraception

2003 : le rapport de CATHERINE GENISSON met en exergue l’inégalité des rémunérations entre femmes et hommes.
